Delivery & returns


All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days (excluding orders requested for Next Day delivery). 


We want to make shopping with us as easy as simple; we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the UK!

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail and should take 1-3 working days to reach you. Should you require your items quicker, we also offer Next Day delivery.

Next working day delivery is only guaranteed for orders placed before 2pm GMT. Any order placed on Friday will be delivered on the next working day (i.e. Monday).


* Please note that products coming from outside the UK may not be eligible for next day delivery. We will let you know as soon as possible if that is the case. 


Parcels to Europe will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, with tracking and a signature required upon delivery.
Your order should reach you within 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of Europe.

Please note that any payable customs, import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the postage costs.



Did you change your mind?
We want you to be happy with your purchases. You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.

Should you wish to return any goods, please notify us within 14 days of receipt, making sure to include your name and order number, and we will be happy to help.

Please note that any item that was dispatched directly from a brand will need to be returned straight to them. (We will let you know the address to send it when/if relevant).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards can not be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).If approved, we will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Please note that any postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Any item ordered from a European brand (i.e. Dalgado, Redki Robki) will need to be sent back directly to them.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can not be held responsible should your parcel not reach us.

Did you receive a defective or faulty item?
The costs of postage will only be refunded should the items you receive are defective or damaged. In this case, we will very happily send you a replacement (should we still have the item in stock) or a refund. 

If you have a defective item, please email support[at] within 14 days of receipt to notify us.

Received an item as a gift that you'd like to return?

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please notify support[at] within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards can not be returned.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. In this case, once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver directly and they will be notified of the return.
